You will receive an order confirmation from sales@exentri.asia as soon as your order has been handled by us. This takes usually 1-2 business days. We will then process your order in our system and ship your goods from our warehouse.
All orders will be shipped within 3 – 5 business days after confirmation. Please notice that this does not mean that you will receive your package within 3 – 5 business days. How long the shipping takes, depends on where you are located and on the postal system in that current country.
